Last April 26 to 27, researchers from CFM-CSIC and Tecnalia took part in the “MIRACLE – Training course” organized by the Institute of Construction and Building Materials (WiB) of TU Darmstadt as part of project MIRACLE.
The training course included:
- one day reporting of the actual results of the MIRACLE project,
- one day teaching the various modelling techniques employed in the project,
- and finally, half a day demonstrating concrete foam generation, foam surface preparation and experimental testing of photonic meta-concrete (PMC).
The lectures and demonstrations were provided by the various partners of the MIRACLE project (CFM-CSIC and Tecnalia among them), including its coordinator Dr. Jorge S. Dolado from CFM-CSIC.
